School Education Department jkut has send some headmasters in out of District in far flung areas in kishtwar ,Doda, Ramban etc, on promotion as I/ C Headmaster who belong to Kathua,Samba,and Jammu Districts in May 27 ,2022. After rendering 2 yrs of service in the hard zones, they approached to principal secretary School Education Department Sh. Alok Kumar ji, for their transfer back in the home distts. But principal secretary refused to do the needful.but instead of this,he levied a objection that they are working well in those schools. I possess a recording video of this as a proof.It's is how possible, when a mentally disturbed officer/ employee can perform well in the far flung areas, where he cannot get any vegetables even potatoes . What a lawlessness that a employee who is posted in hard zone in Kishtwar,Doda,Ramban, Banihal,Pagi pader is not transferred back even after the completion of two years service in such a hard zones. This is officer shahi. No employee can't perform well when he is posted in out of district, as he can perform in his home district.
